I am Leah

For over a decade, I've been immersed in the world of retail banking, specializing in the unique landscape of credit unions. It all began in the soulful city of Memphis, Tennessee, where I kicked off my journey as a float teller and worked my way up to a Vice President-Financial Center Manager.


Fast forward to the Lone Star State, where I found myself as a Financial Center Manager at a new Credit Union in Dallas, Texas.


In recognition of my commitment and transformative leadership, I had the honor of receiving a prestigious value award in 2024. This accolade stands as a testament to my pursuit of excellence and my dedication to fostering both team members' professional development and the sustained growth of our valued members within the finance industry.


Beyond my professional achievements, I've increased my skill set by obtaining a National Mortgage License.

This licensure empowers me to navigate mortgage financing and also enables me to guide individuals through the monumental journey to homeownership with confidence and expertise.


During my tenure I've had the honor of walking alongside individuals, helping them carve out paths to financial freedom, by establishing and rebuilding credit, and navigating the winding roads of debt management...


And you know what? I've seen firsthand the transformative power of financial wisdom and perseverance. Every lesson I've learned, every strategy I've shared, I've put to the test on my own financial journey.


Here at Transforming Finances We love Jesus,and I've created a cozy space where faith and finance intertwine. It's a place where you'll discover practical, faith-based advice that's not just talk, but has been tried, tested, and proven effective in the real world, because let's face it, we could all use a little help with transformation at some point in life.


I've found my home away from home for the past 7 years in Dallas Texas. When I'm not busy serving within my church community, you'll catch me finding ways to get a new stamp in my passport or checking out the latest food festival hitting our city streets, and let's not forget my undying obsession with all things peanut butter – it never fails to bring a smile to my face!


But above all, what truly lights up my world is the joy of spending precious moments with my friends and family, because life's most special memories are often found in the laughter shared and the love exchanged.
